I finally finished the purse I have been working for such a long time. I don't know why I had such a struggle with it. The colours haven't shown up very well so I will take another photo tomorrow in the daylight.

These are the signatures ready for my journal workshop. Now for the embellishments.


I spent quite a bit of time today scanning photos, birth certificates, passports, marriage licences, etc. I am looking forward to the embellishing.
It was very hot here today and yesterday, it's supposed to cool down by Tuesday. Too hot for me so I have stayed at home in the cool.

    oooh - your pages turned out much lighter than mine - they're lovely!! I'm going to try to tone a couple of mine down with gesso today. Your purse is gorgeous too. I've been wanting to start a new CQ project and really must put my mind to what I want to do.
