Hope it is sunny wherever you are.
I'm back again. I can't beleive I have been absent from blogging for so long. I have visited everyone every day but haven't felt like saying anything. I have a had a few stressful things going on and have been doing some self-examination and soul searching - looking at some of the things I do that I would like to change. I bought the book Women, Love and God by Geneen Roth and it has given me some insights into my eating issues that I hope will help me to not eat emotionally. The book is quite amazing in that it connects the way you use food with the way you live your life - unconsciously.
I have done a few art journal pages and some ATC's for a trade with a blog friend, so I have been a little creative in my absence.

I did another one on the weight I am carrying but it didn't photograph very well. I am still getting used to my new camera. It is the same as my old camera but a newer version so there are settings that I haven't explored yet.
